Who operates this site
Anvilshare is a brand of Groundlayer LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. When this policy says "Anvilshare," "we," or "us," it means Groundlayer LLC operating under the Anvilshare name.
What data we collect
Information you give us directly
When you email simon@anvilshare.ai or request an audit, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business name, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your software stack. We store this in email and in internal project files used to scope your audit.
Audit and engagement data
During an audit, we review the names and costs of software subscriptions you report to us. We do not access your accounts, log into your systems, or scrape any data from your software. The information in the audit report comes from what you tell us and from publicly available pricing pages.
Website visit data
This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts. We do not collect behavioral data about your visit. Server logs maintained by our hosting provider may record your IP address and request timestamps as part of standard web hosting. We do not analyze these logs.
What data we do not collect
Anvilshare never accesses, copies, or stores your customer data, dispatch records, invoices, job histories, or any operational data from your business software. During audits, we review what you report to us about your tools and their costs. We do not connect to your systems.
During build engagements, the replacement software runs on hardware you control. Your business data stays on your server. Anvilshare has access to the server during the build and deployment phase only, and that access is revocable by you at any time.
How we use your data
To scope and deliver the audit report you requested. To communicate with you about Anvilshare services. To send you the audit report and any follow-up materials. That is the complete list.
Who we share data with
No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We do not run advertising. We do not use your data for training AI models.
We may disclose information if required by law, but we will tell you if that happens unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Data retention
We keep your contact information and audit reports for as long as our business relationship is active, plus two years. You can request deletion at any time by emailing simon@anvilshare.ai.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and describe what changed. We will not make retroactive changes that reduce your privacy protections without notice.
